Lois Beckwith
 Lois Beckwith (1896-1958) was a relatively unknown American, Christian
poetess. Her poems were published in two booklets, Comforted of
God and Worship Thou Him, and in leaflet form. Born on
May 6, 1896 in East St. Louis, IL, she went to be with her Lord,
April 21, 1958. Her last poem, "Peace,"
was completed in the hospital shortly before her departing to be
with Christ. |
